digital version of a comic on the app costs $20 so I check it against the image comics website itself where the same comic is $10. weird, right? so I bought it on the website, thinking I could stream it on the app if I logged into my account. Turns out the app itself wont allow you into an image comics account, instead forcing you to go through comixology/Amazon. I hope this gets fixed soon but until then

Tried to buy one book, and faced a download error. No support, no way to ask for any help, no information... I just paid for nothing. It was my first and last try on this application!

Congratulations on ruining a previously fine app...

Cant restore my previous purchases. Besides that, no visible benefits for the readers, except they have to create another account, which is possibly a benefit for Image. No need to update to this App.

Youd think with an app called Image Comics youd be able to access comics you bought off imagecomics.com. Nope. Thats not the case. This is just a silly little image comics only version of comixology. Why wouldnt I just download comixology and get everything from there if I wanted to use them? Why would I download individual publisher apps? At least add the option to access your imagecomics.com collection.

What happened Image? This app is way below the standard you set with your content.

Image Comics is the best!!

I was so worried that IAP was disabled, since they kept comixology. Good news that its still here! Thanks guys!

The new app is missing some newer issues, of some books, that I purchased in the previous app.

Unlike the April comiXology surprise, Image updated their platform without sacrificing consumer choice. Thank you!

I just upgraded to the new app on a new iPad today. Thanks to your great customer service, everything migrated over smoothly and Im catching up on The Walking Dead again. Love the new app. It is much more responsive and the layout is cleaner than the old one. Keep up the great work!

Cmon people. Grow up. I dont wanna have my kid asking questions about things they dont need to know about yet because youre too proud of a series. I was thinking, hey cool... new app maybe their PR folks had the good sense to tell them to take that dumb picture down but nope. I was reading spawn when I was young and I know you have young people reading some of this stuff. Show some tact. Please..

Updated the app and lost some comics in the process. And they dont want me to illegally download them somewhere else?

I love buying my comics in the app instead of entering my credit card number at some shady website that could be hacked.

Doesnt do anything. It just gives a cannot connect to store error. Says connect to wifi but wifi is connected. Worthless.

Not much else needs to be said. However, Im shocked that Ace gave this app a one star review over a single picture, and a concept that should be simple to explain to your child. I figured most Image readers would be more mature than that.

Seems like youre the only person here who needs to "grow up". Breast feeding is a natural thing and should be extremely easy for you to explain to your ignorant child. Breasts are NOT sex organs, they are maternal organs. They are meant to feed the baby. Every mammal breast feeds their young. Humans are mammals, ergo they breast feed their young. Dont be ignorant, Ace. Learn to dad. Dont just "hurr durr, I dunt want be dad n teech kid! 1 Star 1 star 1 star!!"

Downloaded and logged in easily, however, my comics are now gone. Only bought a few, but now plan to go back to hard copies if updates mean you need to buy things again.

This app works well! The performance is good, it looks and works like Comixology used to, and it still has in-app purchases! You can even link your Comixology account to the app! Hey, Comixology! THIS is how you do it!
